Stand in wide stance, arms extended out to sides. Rotate right leg out 90°, left foot in 20°. Tilt torso from hips to right, keeping torso straight, hips facing forward. Look up toward left hand. Hold ___ seconds. Caution: DO NOT LOCK KNEES.
